Technical Support Engineer with English / German

CoSoSys is looking to add new members to the Technical Support Team! The ideal candidates will have deep IT knowledge and will be interested in providing quality technical support to our customers worldwide.

Job Requirements:
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately in English / German
  • Ability to answer customer requests in a professional manner
  • In-depth understanding of software and hardware equipment
  • Great IT troubleshooting capability
  • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working with IT solutions
  • Keen to learn new things
  • Candidates should be familiar with Virtualization Systems
  • Candidates should have previous experience with Linux
  • MySQL knowledge is a plus
  • Enthusiasm, team spirit
  • Previous experience in a similar position
Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support for international customers
  • Deliver technical support to customers via phone, e-mail, and remote connection tools
  • Gather information and determine the technical issue by evaluating and analyzing the data provided by customers
  • Identify and prioritize issues
  • Troubleshooting the technical situations on the customer’s server, using remote connection tools
  • Redirecting problems to the appropriate colleagues
  • Using the internal support ticketing system
  • Keeping the record of the support cases & reporting to the support lead on a daily basis
  • Cluj-Napoca (Center)
